In order to deliver the best possible talent to our clients, we subscribe to a set of “Golden Rules” for recruiting. Each candidate we present to you must meet the following criterion:

  • Must meet at least 80% to 90% of the key qualifications designated by the client. In other words, 4 out of 5 to 6 out of 7 key hot button items uncovered in our needs analysis.
  • Must be willing to work within the client’s salary range.
  • Must be motivated by at least one other factor other than money.

We seek to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Our work isn’t about the one position we’re working on right now, it’s about how we can help drive client company success and candidate careers over a period of years and decades. Through building strong relationships, we look to form partnerships with strong companies and professionals that will lead to measurable value through incremental sales, progress toward strategic goals, improved processes, greater efficiencies, reduced costs, and ultimately increased profitability and returns.


When we commit to a search, we go the distance and do what it takes to fill it. For instance, we recently completed a search project for multiple financial analyst roles that involved 1,649 attempts and 353 candidate conversations. In another recent search where we filled a niche Senior International Accountant position, we made 638 attempts and spoke to 125 candidates.

At every stage of our process, we are researching – your company, your talent needs, the talent marketplace, candidate experience and background, candidate motivations, and every piece of information we will need to fill your opening. We also believe that employing a standard, focused process ensures that we don’t miss critical details and that no stone is left unturned, leading to the best possible outcome on every search.
